New Sign on Back Entrance is Up and Looking Good
The power is on, so the back sign is lit at night. We are currently working on getting the front sign lit.
We will soon be adding landscaping around the sign. This should greatly enhance the looks of the back entrance.

Cats may not roam free in our home owners association.

Household Cats Endanger Scrub Jays
Our home owners association has a Florida Scrub Jay preserve, which helps protect this endangered specicies.
The following is an exerpt from an article. "Florida scrub jays that are forced into human areas, like many birds, have to contend with outdoor domestic and feral cats that can make easy pickings of the uncoordinated fledglings."

Mold on Vinyl Siding
Please take a look at the vinyl siding on the back and sides of your home to check for mold growth. Notices will be going out soon to those who have not corrected the mold growth issue.
Sprinkler Courtesy
Please as a courtesy to your fellow neighbors set your lawn sprinklers to run at night. This is just a friendly good neighbor courtesy to be aware of for the enjoyment of our community.
Vehicles Parked on or Across Sidewalks Maybe Ticketed
If you park on or across the sidewalk with your car or truck, it is an offense that may be ticketed by the police. The sidewalk must be accessible to pedestrians at all times. You cannot block the sidewalk with anything.
Take Down the Boards Around the Oak Trees
Please take down the wood supports around the oaks trees as it is overdue. The oak trees planted by Maronda no longer need these wood supports, and they are now an eyesore.
Remove the Grass from the Sidewalk/Driveway Joints and Cracks
Keeping the grass and weeds out of cracks in sidewalks and driveways is a requirement of every home owner.
WARNING: Liens have been placed on unpaid dues.
Liens were filed for IAW Article VI, 6.1 and 6.2 of the Covenants for dues not paid.

ARC Home and Property Improvement Request Forms
Please complete the following form before embarking on any home or property improvement project which is requires notification per association covenants and rules. Plans are reviewed for the limited purpose of determining aesthetic compatibility with the community in general in the subject opinion of the approving authority and whether the plan is in compliance with the declaration of covenants and restrictions. Plans are approved or disapproved on a limited basis.
