Welcome to The Preserve at Sea Pines, aka Rainbow Palms. Our neighborhood and road, Gulf Way, west of Old Dixie Hgy is an entity separate and distinct from the rest of Sea Pines. This site has been posted for your convenience to keep abreast of current issues, recent Board Minutes, and as a vehicle for you to express your concerns and opinions. This should be especially helpful to those home and property owners who are located elsewhere who cannot attend the association meetings. We encourage your questions and comments.

During the last HOA general meeting held on 06 December, 2011, elections were held and the following individuals were elected as the new Board of Directors for a two year term:
